About this policy
This policy explains how FluxProtection Ltd handles personal information through this public company website. This website does not provide user accounts. NeuroMyelin and PenVanta may have separate privacy notices for their products.
Information we may receive
If you email us, we may receive your name, email address, organisation, the content of your message and any information you choose to include. Our hosting and network systems may also create basic server logs, such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and security events.
How and why we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, provide requested support, maintain the security and reliability of the website, prevent misuse, keep appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. Our lawful basis will depend on the context and may include legitimate interests, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract or compliance with law.
Analytics and consent
We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode to understand aggregated website usage, such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, and how visitors arrived at the site. Analytics storage is denied by default and Google Analytics cannot set or read analytics cookies unless you select Accept analytics. Before consent, Google may receive a limited cookieless consent and measurement signal. You can decline without losing access to the website and can change your choice using Cookie choices in the footer. Google may process analytics information on our behalf, including outside the United Kingdom, subject to its applicable safeguards.
Cookies and local storage
Google Analytics may set or read analytics cookies after consent. We also store your analytics choice in your browser local storage so we can respect it on later visits. This preference is necessary to remember your choice and is not used for advertising. Clearing browser data may reset the choice.
Retention
We keep enquiry records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose of the correspondence, support, legal or business record keeping. Security and server logs are retained for a limited period appropriate to investigating faults, misuse and security incidents.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that support our hosting, email and business operations, where necessary and subject to appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this applies, we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate legal safeguard is used. Contact us if you require further information about relevant safeguards.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, and receive certain information in a portable form. Rights depend on the circumstances and may be subject to legal exceptions. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected]. FluxProtection Ltd is the organisation responsible for the processing described in this policy.

We may update this policy when our website, services or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
